Hard Dough Bread

Same bread, different shapes, they are both lighter and crustier than our other French-style breads. The Francese stick is a good table bread, and is the best bread to use for crostini or bruschetta. The Italiano is a 1/2 pound loaf that’s best cut in chunks and served with butter or a good olive oil.

Ingredients:

• Whole wheat
• Water
• Salt
